It was a flashback to the 1970s of ‘Saturday Night Fever’ with a sparkle of Ziggy Stardust-era David Bowie mixed in when Malan Breton unveiled his fall/winter 2016 collection at Style Fashion Week at Gotham Hall in New York City on Feb. 11. The collection—dubbed ‘Gotham Disco Dollies’ featured Asian brocades for men and women, angora, Vicuna, Merino wool, lambskin, python, and silk. The line also featured embroideries created using the Brother Dream Machine. Colors in the collection included syrah, valerian root, peacock, mallard duck, and scarlet.
