Before clean trashion was turned into fashion at the Trashion Fashion event at Hartford City Hall on April 23, the hair stylists at La Bella Chateau Salon & Spa and makeup artists at Tainted Inc. put their touch to the models. And inside the dressing room, the designers/ artists put their final flourishes to their creations.
