The heart of New Britain’s Little Poland was transformed into a tropical island getaway on Friday night.
KARO Swimwear, the fashion line launched by Connecticut’s own Kasia Roginska, took over the dining room at The Belvedere Café and Restaurant on Broad Street, New Britain. The Belvedere was transformed into a runway where Roginska showed an extensive collection of luxurious, sexy (and daring) swimwear.
KARO recently has made waves in the press after one of the line’s pieces was selected for the annual Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. The line also was featured in British Vogue last year.
