Why do you like modeling?
I love modeling because it is simply a different way to express myself. Being a musician I have always been a performer on the stage, but with modeling anywhere is your stage. It gives me the opportunity to meet so many new people and travel to many different places.
Your fashion icons and why?
My fashion icons are from the upcoming designers featured on “Project Runway” to the couture designers showcasing their designs throughout the world. My fashion icons gravitate more towards the fashion world rather than celebrities. I’d have to say one of my favorite model icon however is Alessandra Ambrosio. Every interview I’ve watched of her she shows intelligence and kindness, which is a great way to break the “mean, un-intelligent” model stereotype that we have all seen.
Your favorite designer and why?
Well this is hard to choose. I’d have to say my all-time favorite designer is Zuhair Murad. His designs never cease to amaze me, and the intricacies of his work are just incredible every time they hit the light on that runway.
Describe your wardrobe choices when you’re not modeling?
I feel I am always modeling 24/7. You never know when someone is going to be looking to book you for a gig. I always dress very classy, and you will rarely see me in a pair of blue jeans. That goes for flats as well, you’ll rarely see me in those as well.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Oh it’s food, haha. Lots of it. And candy.
The one thing you can never leave home without?
My phone.
Favorite music?
Absolutely anything. Seriously, anything.
Favorite food?
This is tough because I pretty much like anything. I love anything from Japanese to Italian to German food. I suppose I’ll say my favorite meal is stuffed peppers
