It wasn’t the mayhem at New York Fashion Week. It was more of a slice of fashion week action in Connecticut.
At the Kathy Faber Designs fashion show at the Women’s Expo in Hartford on Sept. 11, backstage was a familiar scene at fashion shows around the world.
There was the mad rush of getting hair and makeup done for a slew of models before go time. And then there was the process of quick changes from one gown to the next dress and then on to the next gown.
Of course, besides the busy beehive of activity, there was the camaraderie of models, moms, and creatives.
