A wine tasting benefit served as the context for Connecticut fashion designer Troy Anthony to show some pieces from his aptly named Vino collection.
The benefit, which was held at the Library Wine Bar and Bistro, was held to raise funds for My City Kitchen, Inc., a nonprofit established in Connecticut to instill healthy eating habits in young children so that they may grow into healthy adults. The objective of the organization is to teach kids about food, and food products. My City Kitchen’s founder Chef Kashia Cave was a special guest at the event.
At the benefit, dubbed A Taste of Fashion, guests enjoyed a selection of wines from Gouveia Vineyards as they watched the models walk the runway wearing Troy Anthony’s fashions.
