Miss America 2017 Savvy Shields traveled to Las Vegas this past weekend to present an award on stage at the Billboard Music Awards. She was joined on stage by “The Bachelorette’s” Rachel Lindsay to present the award for Top Country Song to Florida Georgia Line.
