On June 10 at Vibz Uptown, patrons experienced the arts of hair and makeup, poetry, and dance as Project X was launched in Hartford, Conn.
The staff at 1044 Capital Ave. was in the house. And Joy Monroe and Lorraine Charles showed their body painting and avant garde hair skills.
Dancers and poets entertained the packed house between models.
