Fashion also can be about creativity, pushing the concept of clothing to unexpected places.
That’s why the fashion shows mounted by Academy of Art University during New York fashion weeks is always fun.
The pieces that walk down the runway aren’t about creating the cutest little pencil skirt, or another sharp-looking double-breasted wool overcoat.
It’s about designers, using their creativity, asking the question, “What if I try this?”
