On Sunday, Dec. 17, the Miss Naugatuck Valley pageant was held at Rotella Interdistrict Magnet School.
At the local competition, which is a preliminary for Miss Connecticut, Courtney Ouellette of Bristol was selected as the new Miss Naugatuck Valley. Zorri McCray of Waterbury won the title of Miss Naugatuck Valley’s Outstanding Teen.
