Hartford Fashion Week is now taking model and designer applications as it prepares for its opening night in April 19.
Hartford Fashion Week events will launch with a kick off party at Chango Rosa on Thursday, April 19.
The main events will be the following days, beginning Friday, April 20.
Hartford Fashion Week will not be held in Union Station this year.
This year, Hartford Fashion Week will be giving more control to the designers this year to set space and themes as they wish.
HFW will be announcing selected designers and events all at once in mid-March.
A model casting call will be held Saturday, March 10 at 1 0 a.m. at ReSET (Social Enterprise Trust), 1429 Park St., No. 114, Hartford.
