During the preliminary competitions for the Miss Connecticut and Miss Connecticut’s Outstanding Teen scholarship pageants at The Palace Theater in Waterbury, Conn. on June 8, this is what the contestants offered in terms of visual zing as they took to the stage to showcase their artistic skills.
