An elegant farewell

If you’re commemorating your final night as Miss Connecticut USA and Miss Connecticut Teen USA, you’re going to want to do so in style.
And that was just what Jamie Hughes, who crowned Acacia Courtney as her Miss Connecticut USA successor, and Elle Sauli, who crowned Kaliegh Garris as her Miss Connecticut Teen USA, did on Jan. 5.
At The Palace Theater in Stamford, Conn., Hughes and Sauli demonstrate a fashion sense worthy of the Golden Globes as they celebrated their last evening as titleholders at the Miss Connecticut USA pageant.
