Some contestants of the Miss Connecticut Scholarship Organization picked up their clubs, got into their golf carts, and teed off along with the other golfers who supported the nonprofit at its annual golf tournament on May 23.
Other contestants were content helping out to ensure the guests had a good time at the hosting course, Chippanee Golf Club in Bristol.
Later in the evening, a hundred plus guests were expected for the fundraising banquet at Chippanee.
