When you see them compete for a crown, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, business attire, and swimsuits or athleisure wear are the uniforms of necessity. But what do titleholders wear when the sash and crown are stashed away.
Meet Miss Forestville Jaymie Bianca of the Miss Connecticut Scholarship Organization.
“The psychology of colors has continuously fascinated me,” said Bianca. “Therefore, as far as my fashion, regardless of the season, you can find me in bright and sprightly colors.”
“I also adore flowers,” said Bianca, “so many of my clothes possess differing types of floral patterns.”
“During an evening out with my friends, especially in the summer, my outfit of choice usually consists of a floral or brightly colored romper or jumpsuit,” said Miss Forestville. “I’ll pair the outfit with nude or solid colored heels.”
“Earrings are my favorite accessory to complete a look, so I dare to live boldly when it comes to my earring selections,” said Bianca. “You can usually find me wearing a pair of long, dangly earrings or large studs.”
“In the fall and winter,” said Bianca, I’ll usually alter my look by wearing a warm sweater with dark washed jeans and my favorite pair of black boots.”
But, Bianca said, “If I am purely relaxing at home or studying in my dorm room at college, I try to take the opportunity to showcase my school spirit by wearing my Trinity College sweatpants and t-shirts.”
