One of the axioms of women’s fashion is that everyone should have a LBD, Little Black Dress, in their wardrobe.
At the Miss Connecticut USA and Miss Connecticut Teen USA in Stamford, Conn. Nov. 30, the contestants opened the competition wearing their own selection of the LBD.
Samantha Sarelli was crowned Miss Connecticut Teen USA. Chelsea Demby was selected as the new Miss Connecticut USA.
