The countdown is underway for Miss Connecticut’s Outstanding Teen Aicha Diallo of West Haven will begin preliminary competitions for the national crown on July 28. And by the time the weekend is done in Orlando, Fla., Aicha will know whether she will be the new queen of America.
Aicha recently spoke about how she came to enter her first ever pageant and her experiences. She also spoke about her goals at the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen competition and her life beyond.
