Model Scarlet Begonias may be named after a Grateful Dead classic, but her parents weren’t fans of the San Francisco jam band. However, Scarlet was. And when it came to picking a stage name, she claimed a title of one of the Dead’s iconic tracks. However, the name was intended to be temporary but people liked it so it stuck.
Scarlet was the home state contestant as Miss Bikini Florida model at the Miss Bikini US competition held at the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach in July.
