A swashbuckling, pulse- pounding, and high octane adventure, Pirates Voyage is one of the most dynamic and exciting new attractions to land in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Featuring an epic battle between the fearsome Crimson Pirates and the savage Sapphire Pirates, Pirates Voyage transports guests on a remarkable journey back through time when pirates reigned supreme in the 16th and 17th centuries, all with the assistance of a gorgeously decorated venue, state of the art lighting and audio visual effects, and many more mind blowing elements that come together to make this show an experience you and your family will never forget.
Upon entry, guests are greeted by a boisterous and friendly member of the pirate’s crew, who escorts them into the vast expanses of the Pirate’s Voyage Theatre space, which includes the viscerally breathtaking sights of a real-life pirate ship and nautical decor.
Once seated, a member of the wait staff will take your drink order (a selection of sodas, sweet and unsweetened tea and water are offered, as well as a full bar in the lobby space, offering a wide array of libations) and will commence to bring menu items from the multi- course feast included within your dinner and show package.
A scrumptious, chef-prepared line up of a four-course feast is brought to the table throughout the course of the show, including:

While noshing on your hearty feast, join the fearsome Captain Blackbeard (portrayed with impeccable accuracy and great aplomb by Jedi Lamar during my visit) whom you will be able to hear on an upcoming exclusive interview on Backstage Pass on IHeart Radio/FCB Radio) on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, complete with edge of your seat sword fights, mind-bending acrobatics, tropical parrots that fly straight over your head, and majestic mermaids who perform an effortlessly beautiful aerial routine set to the tune of an exclusive song recorded specifically for the show by the Queen of Country Music herself, Dolly Parton (who is an owner of the Pirates Voyage company).
Additional standout moments of the nearly two hour adventure include a hilarious, heartwarming, and outrageously entertaining segment starring a brilliant trained sea lion named “Salty,” gravity defying trampoline stunts by the cast of incredibly gifted athletes, and audience participation bits, including a thrilling and competitive boat race as well as children’s “duck wrangling.”
Animal lovers will delight in the fact that a couple of agile canine athletes are spotlighted during a show-stopping “Dock Diving” portion of the show, as well as a rat terrier performing an impressive display of balance and dexterity as it runs across a rotating balance beam style “log” surrounded by water at every turn.
Arguably one of the most fun, action-packed, and inimitably thrilling places to eat and be entertained in Myrtle Beach, Pirates Voyage offers a one of a kind experience that is sure to excite and delight kids of all ages.
