Fashion using cotton, wool and silk is not an uncommon sight when designers strut their late creations out in front of the public on a runway.
But, I don’t usually see a runway full of fashion made out of latex. However, that’s what Renee Masoomian presented at Runway 7 during New York Fashion Week on Feb. 9.
As the sheen of the garments hit the spotlight, the collection presented definitely was visually striking.
And Masoomian knew how to amp up the edginess of the garments by acknowledging the inferred kink that latex often represents. Still, there were some garments that offered something fashionable for an evening out (for certain occasions with broad-minded individuals, of course).
