MIAMI BEACH — After a rain storm that sent contestants and guest running for shelter that delayed the competition for 30 minutes, a new Miss Bikini Fitness was crowned poolside at the Sagamore Hotel South Beach on July 6.
Dee Hake, who was competing as Miss Bikini Massachusetts Fitness, took the title of Miss Bikini Fitness.
Contestants spent several days working with photographers, who judged them on their photogenic qualities, and sitting in private interviews with judges. On stage, contestants were judged in fantasy swimwear and evening gowns.
