Marleigh Smith is just 11. But she’s already seeing her modeling skills sharpen.
“I started modeling and participating in fashion shows just six months ago,” said the youth.
“Although my experience is limited,” said Marleigh, “I’m getting better and perfecting my walk every chance I get. I love training with my model mentor Rachel Lauren and working with (former ‘America’s Next Top Model’ contestant) Victoria Henley.”
Marleigh was a recent winner at Magnifique Showcase, organized by Henley.
In addition to being a model, Marleigh said she’s a “kidpreneur” who sells her own handmade bracelets (check out Instagram @booget.bracelet).
Also, Marleigh said, she aspires to be a spokesperson fighting sickle cell amenia. She wants to bring awareness to a disease that personal impacts her.
