Barb Plueger, the amiable and personable owner, welcomed us for our night’s stay and directed us to our double queen room, which features two spacious and comfortable queen-sized beds, a television, microwave, toiletries, and all the amenities we need to ensure our stay was comfortable, as well as a peaceful and quiet location for a restful night’s sleep.
We made our way to the main lobby the following morning to enjoy the complimentary breakfast (included with all stays at the Branson King Resort), which included a waffle machine, fresh homemade biscuits, fresh fruit, oatmeal packets, cereals, an assortment of fruit juices and milks.
Conveniently located near Branson’s legendary “76 Country Blvd,” Branson King Resort is within walking distance to many of the city’s most prestigious theaters, including the acclaimed Baldknobbers Theater, which I also covered in a recent Backstage Pass spotlight feature.
Themed rooms including the world-famous Elvis Suite (featuring one of a kind Elvis memorabilia you won’t find anywhere else) are available for all your special occasion needs as well as an Executive King Suite, equipped with a full kitchen and ample space, ensuring guests feel right at home during their time in Branson.
A bunk house (which houses up to 18 adults) is a superb selection for large families, group outings, corporate events/company lodging and a myriad of other purposes.
