The culture of Garifuna –an Afro-indigenous population from the Caribbean island of St. Vincent who were exiled to the Honduran coast in the eighteenth century and subsequently moved to Belize — was introduced via the swimwear collection from Gari Fashion at the fashion show held during Miss Bikini US festivities on July 9 at South Beach, Miami.
