Hartford Fashion Week is back and under new ownership.
Bertha Angelo, a Hartford-area fashion designer, has taken over the reins of the style institution. And one of the first orders of business for the show, which will be held April 20-26, was to hold a casting call.
With a storm warning on the horizon, Angelo and her crew welcomed 40 plus models to walk the runway to see who would make the cut.
