During the preliminary competition on Jan. 24 in Windsor, Conn., the contestants for Miss Connecticut USA took their turns before the judges in their evening gowns.
The final competition is scheduled for Jan. 26 at 2 p.m. at the Marriott Hartford/ Airport in Windsor.
