Elizabeth Cordelia designer Nicole Reichenbach presented her latest collection on the runway at The Bureau Fashion Week on Feb. 9. Although the temperatures were frigid outdoors in Chelsea, New York City for New York Fashion Week, Reichenbach’s designs evoked the warmer genteel days to come in spring.
