At last month’s Hartford Fashion Week, Connecticut designer ShirleyMarie offered up a collection that balanced sexy elegance with urban influences for the crowd at Union Station in Hartford, Conn.
The collection offered a mix of women’s and men’s wear that offered just enough skin to be scandalous but not enough skin to be trashy.
